Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in treasury or financial operations.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in treasury management systems and accounting software.
  • Solid understanding of financial reconciliation processes.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

    • Responsibilities:

  • 1. Cash and Expense Management:
  • • Receive cash and cash equivalents (checks and VISA receipts) from the collection team, ensuring accuracy and accountability.
  • • Collect, review, and process expense documentation from the cash flow team to ensure timely disbursement.
  • • Organize and record incoming cash and expenses in the treasury program and ensure accurate reporting to the accounting department.
  • 2. Treasury and Reconciliation Management:
  • • Manage sub-treasury operations and reconcile treasury balances on a daily basis.
  • • Prepare and report daily cash transfers to the main treasury, maintaining clear and accurate records.
  • • Manage collected checks, ensuring they are deposited promptly based on their dates.
  • 3. Banking Relationships and Compliance:
  • • Build and maintain strong banking relationships, ensuring that all company banking needs are met within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • • Ensure proper accounting and documentation for all treasury-related banking transactions.
  • • Collaborate with treasury and other departments to resolve any cross-functional issues promptly.
  • 4. Reporting and Monthly Closings Support:
  • • Confirm the accuracy of all treasury transactions and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly treasury reports.
  • • Support the monthly financial closing process, liaising with relevant teams to ensure completeness and accuracy.
  • • Assist the accounting department with reconciliation and closing-related tasks.
