Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any relevant field.3 – 5 years SEO experienceGood organizational and time management skillsAble to work in a very dynamic environmentIn-depth knowledge of SEO principles, best practices, and search engine algorithms (e.g., Google, Bing).Experience with SEO tools and platforms, such as, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz,, Google Analytics or similar tools.Proficiency in conducting keyword research and analysis, and using SEO tools for performance tracking and reporting.Strong understanding of on-page and off-page optimization techniques, including technical SEO.Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and website development principles to effectively communicate with developers.
Responsibilities:
1) SEO Strategy Development:a) Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and visibility.b) Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-potential target keywords and phrases.c) Stay updated with industry trends and search engine algorithm changes to ensure compliance and optimal performance.2) On-Page Optimization:a) Optimize website content, including meta tags, headings, URLs, and internal linking structure, to improve search engine visibility.b) Collaborate with content creators to ensure the production of SEO-friendly and engaging content.3) Off-Page Optimization:a) Develop and execute link-building strategies to improve the website's authority and credibility.b) Identify and pursue opportunities for guest blogging, partnerships, and link acquisition.c) Conduct technical SEO audits to identify and resolve issues that may impact website rankings and user experience.4) SEO Performance Monitoring and Reporting:a) Monitor and analyze SEO performance metrics, such as organic traffic, keyword rankings, and conversion rates.b) Utilize SEO tools and analytics platforms to track and report on key performance indicators.c) Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders, highlighting progress, trends, and actionable recommendations.5) SEO Best Practices and Training:a) Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO best practices, industry trends, and algorithm changes.b) Educate and train internal teams on SEO principles, guidelines, and techniques.c) Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure SEO considerations are integrated into website development and content creation processes.6) Competitive Analysis:a) Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities and areas for improvement in relation to competitors' SEO strategies.b) Monitor and analyze competitors' rankings, backlink profiles, and content strategies.
