Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus.
  • Proven 3 to 5 of work experience as a Financial Analyst or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis techniques.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial software (e.g., ERP systems, BI tools).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to present financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.

  • Responsibilities:

  • 1) Investment Research and Analysis:
  • a. Conducting in-depth research on various investment options, including stocks, bonds, mutual funds, and other securities.
  • b. Analyzing financial statements, industry trends, macroeconomic factors, and other data to assess the risk and potential returns of investment opportunities.
  • c. Preparing detailed investment reports, recommendations, and presentations for clients or internal decision-makers.
  • 2) Financial Modeling and Forecasting
  • a. Creating financial models to project the future performance of investments, including cash flow analysis, valuation, and scenario planning.
  • b. Forecasting market trends, economic conditions, and industry developments that may impact investment decisions.
  • c. Communicating findings and recommendations to clients or investment management teams.
  • 3) Client/Stakeholder Relationship handling:
  • a. Maintaining close relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs and investment objectives.
  • b. Providing personalized investment advice and portfolio recommendations based on the client's risk tolerance and financial situation.
  • c. Communicating regularly with clients to update them on portfolio performance and any recommended changes.
  • 4) Evaluating Financial Risk:
  • a. Evaluating the risks associated with various investment options, including market risk, credit risk, and liquidity risk.
  • b. Developing strategies to mitigate investment risks, such as diversification, hedging, and risk management techniques.
  • c. Monitoring and updating risk assessments to ensure the client's risk profile is aligned with their investment goals.
  • 5) Reporting:
  • a. Prepare and present financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management and key stakeholders.
  • b. Communicate financial insights and recommendations in a clear and concise manner, tailored to the audience's level of understanding.
