Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering is preferable)
  • Proven track record of success in technical sales, focusing on selling complex solutions or products.
  • Strong technical background and ability to understand and effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to navigate complex sales cycles.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong business acumen, market awareness, and customer-centric mindset.

  • Responsibilities:

  • 1) Sales Responsibilities:
  • a) Execute sales strategies to achieve targets within assigned territories or accounts.
  • b) Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the industrial solutions sector.
  • c) Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • d) Prepare and deliver technical presentations and proposals highlighting the benefits of our products and services.
  • e) Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline.

  • 2) Client Relationship Management:

  • 3) Technical Expertise:
  • a. Understand and articulate the technical aspects of our products and services to clients.
  • b. Collaborate with the engineering and product development teams to address client needs and customize solutions.
  • c. Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical support to clients during the sales process.
  • 4) Customer Support:
  • a. Ensure a smooth transition from sales to implementation, working closely with the Client’s project management team.
  • b. Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and address any issues or concerns.
