Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement, particularly for non-trading goods.
  • Strong understanding of procurement processes, supplier evaluation, and budget management.
  • Proficiency in negotiation, supplier sourcing, and contract management.
  • Excellent communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration.
  • Ability to manage procurement across multiple departments and regions.
  • Proficient in procurement software and reporting tools.

  • Responsibilities:

  • Procure management for Non-Production and Operational Supplies:
  • • manage the procurement of supplies and services that are not directly related to production or sales, including office supplies, maintenance, IT, and other operational needs across all departments.
  • • Implement procurement cycles, documentation, and maintain a procurement database with monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
  • • Handle procurement of fixed assets, office supplies, grocery items, cleaning materials, printing, stationery, giveaways, and marketing materials.
  • • Coordinate with departments such as HR, IT, Marketing, and Facilities to process procurement requests.
  • • Coordinate and ensure that procurement for all departments and branches (e.g., Alexandria, Delta) meets their specific needs and requirements.
  • Supplier Management and Negotiations:
  • • Source new suppliers that meet the Five R criteria (Right Quality, Quantity, Price, Time, Place).
  • • Participate in negotiations to secure favorable pricing and terms with a maximum of three negotiation rounds (RFQ & RFP).
  • • Develop and maintain supplier relationships to ensure timely, cost-efficient deliveries.
  • Cross-Department and Regional Coordination:
  • • Coordinate procurement activities with Facilities, IT, Marketing, HR, and branch managers across all regional locations (Alexandria, Delta, etc.).
  • • Handle procurement requests related to branch-specific needs and regional operations.
  • Process Oversight:
  • • Approve procurement orders, ensuring alignment with company policies.
  • • Maintain detailed records of procurement activities and ensure reporting accuracy.
  • Event and Marketing Support:
  • • Procure materials and services for company events and promotional activities in collaboration with Marketing and HR teams.
  • • Handle the procurement of giveaways, promotional items, and event-related supplies
