Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, Communication, or a related field.
  • 0–1 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
  • Basic understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok).
  • Familiarity with Meta Business Suite and basic analytics tools is preferred.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
  • Basic copywriting and caption creation abilities.
  • Ability to follow schedules, work under supervision, and meet deadlines.
  • Team-oriented with a strong willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g. Canva) is a plus.

  • Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Execution & Content Support
  • • Assist in publishing content across social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
  • • Support in organizing and implementing campaigns, contests, and digital promotions.
  • • Ensure brand consistency in tone, look, and feel across all content.
  • • Coordinate with graphic designers and content writers to ensure timely asset delivery.
  • Community Engagement & Moderation
  • • Monitor daily activity on social channels and respond to comments and messages in a timely, brand-consistent manner.
  • • Escalate complex inquiries or complaints to the senior team.
  • • Help manage positive engagement with followers and online communities.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting
  • • Assist in tracking and collecting data related to reach, engagement, impressions, and growth.
  • • Prepare basic weekly and monthly performance reports.
  • • Stay up to date with social media best practices and trends and report relevant findings.
  • Administrative & Coordination Tasks
  • • Maintain content calendars and assist with scheduling using tools like Meta Business Suite.
