Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in brand management or a related marketing role.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies and marketing campaigns.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM software).
  • Creative problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Strong project management and organizational capabilities.

  • Responsibilities:

  • 1) Strategic Brand Management
  • a) Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies that align with corporate goals.
  • b) Define and articulate brand positioning and value proposition.
  • c) Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify opportunities and challenges.
  • d) Update the pricing of SKUs to align with the brand's objectives
  • e) Overlook all Social Media Channels.
  • f) Digitalize all brochures/Product Guide
  • 2) Marketing Campaigns and Initiatives
  • a) Plan, execute, and evaluate integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, print, and events.
  • b) Assist in developing effective offline/online campaigns and choosing appropriate distribution channels
  • c) Work with creative teams to produce high-quality marketing materials and communications.
  • d) Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and adjust strategies to optimize results.
  • 3) Brand Identity and Consistency
  • a) Ensure brand consistency across all internal and external communications and platforms.
  • b) Manage the development and maintenance of brand guidelines and assets.
  • c) Oversee the execution of brand initiatives to maintain a cohesive brand image.
  • d) Enhance our image in every event or exhibit and ensure that our branding is executed properly
  • e) Coordinate between teams in major exhibits and work on a brief and branding concept during events or exhibits and align with agencies in terms of stand productions and giveaways and make sure the data is collected properly during any event.
  • 4) Market Research and Consumer Insights
  • a) Conduct thorough market research to understand consumer behavior, preferences, and trends.
  • b) Utilize consumer insights to inform brand strategy and product development.
  • c) Stay abreast of industry developments and competitor activities.
  • d) Work on Enhancing our CRM
  • e) Develop a Proper SEO Strategy
  • 5) Product and Partnership Management
  • a) Collaborate with product development teams to ensure alignment with brand strategy and market needs.
  • b) Identify and manage strategic partnerships and sponsorships to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • c) Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with external agencies and vendors.
  • 6) Financial Management and Reporting
  • a) Develop and manage the brand budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
  • b) Track and report on brand performance metrics and KPIs.
  • c) Provide regular updates and strategic recommendations to senior management.
