Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics preferred).
  • 2–4 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in process automation or industrial solutions.
  • Strong technical knowledge in the relevant industry segment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for dealing with customers and principals.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, particularly Salesforce (SFDC).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Analytical thinking with attention to detail in quotations and pricing strategies.

  • Responsibilities:

  • 1. Handling Quotations & Customer Leads Professionally
  • • Maintain strong technical knowledge relevant to your work segment and industry.
  • • Possess comprehensive knowledge of commercial and payment conditions.
  • • Receive and handle customer inquiries in the absence of OSE, industry managers, and other team members.
  • • Prepare precise, high-quality quotations, tenders, and letters on time.
  • • Ensure proper follow-up by passing leads to industry managers with detailed action points, dates, and customer profiles.
  • • Support industry managers in controlling margins and markups by following customer segmentation and pricing strategies.
  • • Develop high-standard quotations in collaboration with industry managers that meet customer requirements.
  • • Recommend improvements to policies and procedures to enhance service quality.
  • • Take ownership of new tasks and explore opportunities to add value to departmental goals.
  • 2. Maintaining and Updating the Customer Database
  • • Regularly update ASR, Sales Performance Sheets, and other relevant records.
  • • Increase customer account data quality to over 100% using CRM tools (SFDC).
  • 3. Processing Direct Sales Orders & Supporting Re-Sale Orders
  • • Prepare DOF and COMM sheets for direct orders.
  • • Enter direct customer orders through the e-shop platform.
  • • Review re-sale order P.I.s to ensure they match customer P.O.s accurately.
  • 4. Building and Maintaining Relationships with Principals
  • • Communicate effectively and professionally with principals when required, maintaining high standards of correspondence.
  • 5. Supporting Industry Managers in Marketing & Pricing Strategies
  • • Assist industry managers in marketing activities, including exhibitions, seminars, email campaigns, etc.
  • • Support the development of strategic pricing for key accounts and potential customers.
