Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate or recent graduate in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields.
  • Strong interest in Human Resources and organizational development.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a professional environment.
  • Basic understanding of HR concepts is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

  • Responsibilities:

  • 1. HR Fundamentals & Operations
  • • Gain foundational knowledge of Human Resources functions and processes.
  • • Understand the employee lifecycle from hiring to exit.
  • • Learn HR policies, procedures, and compliance basics.
  • • Explore HR systems and documentation practices.
  • 2. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
  • • Support in screening CVs and shortlisting candidates.
  • • Assist in scheduling and coordinating interviews.
  • • Participate in initial candidate assessments.
