Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate or recent graduate in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in finance, accounting, and financial analysis.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles is preferred.
  • Good analytical and numerical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is an advantage.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

  • Responsibilities:

  • 1. Financial & Accounting Fundamentals
  • • Gain understanding of core accounting principles and financial concepts.
  • • Learn the structure and components of financial statements (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
  • • Understand the financial cycle, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
  • 2. Financial Reporting & Analysis
  • • Assist in preparing periodic financial reports.
  • • Support data collection and basic financial analysis.
  • • Understand how financial insights support business decision-making.
  • 3. Budgeting & Cost Control
  • • Gain exposure to budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • • Assist in tracking expenses against budgets.
