Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Tourism, Hospitality, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in travel coordination, corporate travel, or travel agency operations.
  • Strong knowledge of flight booking systems and platforms, hotel booking platforms, and visa processes.
  • Experience dealing with embassies, consulates, and travel service providers.
  • Excellent coordination and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Negotiation skills and vendor management capabilities.

  • Responsibilities:

  • Travel Planning & Flight Arrangements
  • Arrange and book domestic and international flights for employees and business visitors.
  • Prepare and manage travel itineraries based on company travel policies.
  • Coordinate with travel agencies to secure the best routes, prices, and travel options.
  • Ensure all bookings follow company cost-control guidelines.
  • Visa, Passport & Travel Documentation
  • Support employees with visa applications, entry permits, and required travel documentation.
  • Coordinate with embassies, consulates, and visa centers for application submissions and follow-ups.
  • Ensure all travel documents are complete, accurate, and processed within timelines.
  • Hotel Reservations & Logistics Coordination
  • Arrange hotel bookings for employees, guests, and international visitors.
  • Coordinate transportation requirements such as airport pick-ups, drop-offs, and local transfers.
  • Ensure high-quality accommodation and service standards in line with company requirements.
  • Government, Embassy & Chamber Coordination
  • Schedule appointments with embassies, consulates, and chambers of commerce as required for travel documentation.
  • Prepare and manage required letters, forms, and supporting documents.
  • Follow up on approvals, fees, and regulatory requirements related to travel processes.
  • Documentation, Reporting & Administrative Support
  • Maintain accurate records of bookings, reservations, permits, and official correspondences.
  • Ensure all travel-related documents are properly filed and easily retrievable.
  • Prepare travel reports, cost summaries, and vendor comparison sheets.
  • Support management in handling special travel-related assignments or corporate projects.
