Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • 0–1 years of experience in logistics coordination or supply chain operations.
  • Knowledge of international shipping, customs procedures, and Incoterms.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills with external vendors and internal departments.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detai
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with ERP or logistics software.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.

  • Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with the sales team regarding order status, expected shipping dates, and product availability.
  • Communicate with vendors to confirm order status, resolve delivery issues, and secure shipping documentation.
  • Prepare and issue purchase orders for all sections and ensure vendors receive accurate documentation.
  • Coordinate with freight forwarder agents to arrange shipments and booking schedules.
  • Check, revise, and ensure the completeness of all shipping documents (invoice, packing list, bill of lading, etc.).
  • Arrange shipping-related payments in coordination with the finance department.
  • Track inbound shipments and update shipping sheets daily with real-time status.
  • Coordinate with customs clearance agents to ensure efficient and timely clearance of shipments.
  • Review and confirm the accuracy of clearance documentation in line with local regulations.
  • Arrange customs duties and clearance-related payments with the finance team.
  • Update daily clearance status on logistics sheets.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely delivery and unloading of incoming shipments.
