Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in system and network administration.
  • Proficiency in configuring and managing network devices (routers, switches, firewalls).
  • Strong knowledge of system security protocols and administration tools.
  • Expertise in IT services, including networking, email systems, and disaster recovery.
  • Analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve IT issues efficiently.
  • Familiarity with network monitoring and intrusion detection tools.
  • Ability to maintain high-level security and system integrity.

    • Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement new network solutions or enhance the efficiency of existing networks.
  • Install, configure, and maintain network equipment, including routers, proxy servers, switches, WAN accelerators, DNS, and DHCP.
  • Administer and support firewall environments in compliance with IT security policies.
  • Install, configure, and maintain servers and networks to ensure high availability and performance.
  • Implement, support, and manage IT services, including networking, IT security, email systems, and disaster recovery solutions.
