Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years in Learning & Development, HR or people development roles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with diagnostic tools, data analysis, and performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in HR systems, reporting tools, and organizational charts management.
  • Ability to drive change and influence leadership at all levels.

  • Responsibilities:

  • Conduct training needs analysis (TNA) to identify skill gaps and development opportunities.
  • Collaborate with department heads to design learning strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Design and deliver classroom, virtual, and on-the-job training programs.
  • Develop learning materials, including presentations, e-learning modules, manuals, and job aids.
  • Coordinate with external training providers to source relevant development programs.
  • Design and implement leadership development programs for high-potential employees.
  • Manage and maintain the LMS platform, ensuring up-to-date content and user engagement.
  • Assess training effectiveness using Kirkpatrick’s evaluation model or other methodologies.
  • Generate reports and dashboards on training completion, engagement, and ROI.
  • Ensure all training programs comply with company policies and industry regulations.
