Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales support or customer service, ideally in the Lighting & Home Appliances industry.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Ability to handle data entry and maintain organized records.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing priorities.

  • Responsibilities:

  • Make plans to follow up on achieving monthly and annual sales goals.
  • Collaborate with senior sales staff in weekly meetings by creating and maintaining month-end sales reports.
  • Answer customer inquiries, schedule meetings and sales appointments, and follow up with customers about their order status.
  • Manage customer accounts, follow up with customers for administrative purposes, and provide troubleshooting assistance for orders, account statuses, and other problems.
  • Handle administrative duties for the company and its executives and management teams.
