Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • 2-3 years of proven experience in a sales role, preferably in the Lighting & Home Appliances industry or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the client’s needs.
  • Strong ability to meet sales targets and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of the sales cycle and market research techniques.
  • Knowledge of Lighting & Home Appliances products is a plus.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to travel for client meetings, if necessary.
  • Valid driver’s license (if required for travel).

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Prepare and deliver tailored presentations on the company’s products and services.
  • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data to track performance and make informed decisions.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and assess customer needs.
  • Coordinate terms and conditions with clients to close deals successfully.
