Location: Cairo, Egypt  Category: Process Automation


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics preferred).
  • 2–4 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in process automation or industrial solutions.
  • Strong technical knowledge in the relevant industry segment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for dealing with customers and principals.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, particularly Salesforce (SFDC).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Analytical thinking with attention to detail in quotations and pricing strategies.

  • Responsibilities:

  • Handling Quotations & Customer Leads Professionally
  • Maintain strong technical knowledge relevant to your work segment and industry.
  • Possess comprehensive knowledge of commercial and payment conditions.
  • Receive and handle customer inquiries in the absence of OSE, industry managers, and other team members.
  • Regularly update ASR, Sales Performance Sheets, and other relevant records.
  • Processing Direct Sales Orders & Supporting Re-Sale Orders
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with principals when required, maintaining high standards of correspondence.
