Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in International Business, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of [7] years of experience in export management, international sales, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of international trade regulations and compliance.
  • Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing export strategies.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in relevant software applications (e.g., MS Office, ERP systems).

  • Responsibilities:

  • Develop annual export sales plans in alignment with the company’s overall business objectives.
  • Formulate and execute comprehensive export strategies to drive business growth in international markets.
  • Negotiate and manage contracts with foreign partners to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Conduct due diligence to assess the suitability and reliability of potential partners.
  • Develop and manage distributor agreements, ensuring alignment with company goals and compliance with legal requirements.
  • Oversee the logistics and supply chain operations for international shipments.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external logistics providers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
