Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or a similar role.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in communication tools and platforms (e.g., intranet, email marketing software, social media, video conferencing tools).
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with change management communication and crisis communication is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of graphic design and multimedia content creation is a plus.
  • Familiarity with digital communication tools and analytics.

  • Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement innovative initiatives that foster a positive workplace culture and promote employee involvement.
  • Design and coordinate employee recognition and reward programs to celebrate team and individual achievements
  • Facilitate and maintain open lines of communication between departments to ensure alignment and transparency.
  • Implement comprehensive internal communication strategies that align with business objectives and promote a cohesive company culture.
  • Conduct regular assessments of internal communication needs and develop targeted content for various internal audiences
  • Produce high-quality, engaging, and informative content for various internal communication channels, including “Connect”, newsletters, emails, intranet, presentations, videos, and social media platforms.
  • Coordinate with HR to conduct regular surveys, focus groups, and other methods of gathering employee feedback to assess the effectiveness of internal communication efforts.
  • Develop programs that encourage feedback and dialogue between employees and leadership.
  • Ensure continuity of communication and projects when team members are off or unavailable.
