E-commerce Specialist (B2B)5/1/2025

Location: Cairo, Egypt  Category: Marketing


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Proven work experience as an E-commerce Specialist or in a similar role, preferably in a retail or e-commerce environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of e-commerce platforms and tools.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media advertising, and affiliate marketing.
  • Experience with online platforms backend S.A: Amazon, Noon & Jumia is a plus
  • Experience with Amazon ads and Noon PLA.
  • Experience in managing product listings, pricing, inventory, and order fulfillment processes in an e-commerce setting.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas and strategies effectively.

  • Responsibilities:

  • Nurture lasting relationships with key e-commerce accounts through regular communication to grasp their goals and challenges.
  • Assist in developing and implementing account-specific business plans (JBPs) and strategies.
  • Basic digital marketing campaigns to drive targeted traffic and increase online sales. This includes basic SEO in cooperation with the target platform.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and effectively.
  • Set and achieve sales targets (sell-in & sell-out), revenue, and margin goals for each key account.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services.
  • Utilize analytics tools and platforms to gather and analyze data related to website performance, customer behavior, and sales trends.
