Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Reporting Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau; SQL experience preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate large datasets with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.

    • Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement processes for collecting, validating, and organizing data to ensure accuracy and integrity.
  • Ensure data consistency and quality across various reporting tools and platforms.
  • Develop, maintain, and automate real-time dashboards and reports to meet stakeholder requirements.
  • Translate complex data analyses into actionable recommendations that drive business outcomes.
  • Identify and recommend improvements in data collection, reporting, and analysis processes.
  • Collaborate with business units to enhance the efficiency and quality of data reporting workflows.
  • Partner with internal teams to understand their reporting needs and provide analytical support.
