Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 0-3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field, with a focus on outbound logistics.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of transportation regulations and customs procedures.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.

  • Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with the supply team to know the status of the incoming shipments from our Vendors (PA-IS).
  • Communicate with the costing & pricing team to ensure that the received shipments are costed in time in our ERP system (PA-IS).
  • Select the most cost-effective and efficient shipping methods based on order weight, dimensions, and destination.
  • Issue invoices on the ERP system (Microsoft Dynamite GP) after reviewing the quantities, price, and customer code.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure products are available for shipment, working closely with all storekeepers to address any shipping issues or delays.
  • Communicate with customers regarding shipment schedules, delivery status, and any potential delays.
  • Developing processes that make the supply chain more efficient and organized (PA-IS-APP-lighting).
  • Generate reports on shipping performance metrics (KPIs) to track efficiency and accuracy.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of shipments, including bills of lading, invoices, and packing lists.
