Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in law
  • 1-3 years of experience in litigation or a related legal field.
  • Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in legal research tools.

  • Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing all phases of litigation, including investigation, pleadings, discovery, pre-trial, trial, settlement, and appeal.
  • Conduct thorough legal research and analyze legal issues related to ongoing cases.
  • Draft legal documents such as motions, pleadings, briefs, and discovery requests.
  • Represent the company in court under the supervision of senior attorneys.
  • Attend hearings, depositions, and trials as required.
  • Ensure all documents are in compliance with court rules and filing procedures.
  • Prepare and file various court documents, including complaints, answers, and discovery responses.
  • Ensure all activities are conducted in compliance with legal standards and ethical guidelines.
  • Stay updated on changes in laws, regulations, and legal precedents.
