Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years in demand planning or supply chain roles.
  • Experience in forecasting, inventory management, and supplier coordination.
  • Proficiency in demand planning tools, forecasting software, and ERP systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and collaboration abilities for cross-functional teamwork.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

  • Responsibilities:

  • Analyze brand-related data, including product range, groups, key products, growth patterns, and seasonality.
  • Collect and analyze purchase performance data over the last 2–3 years, focusing on value, volume, ordering cycle, replenishment lead time, DSI (Days Sales of Inventory), and pricing factors.
  • Develop detailed brand forecasts, presenting them by macro-level, product groups, and key products in value and volume.
  • Review and finalize the plan with the direct manager, then release it to suppliers or upload it to their portal, if applicable.
  • Schedule and lead regular cycle forecast meetings with the direct manager, sales, and marketing teams for plan reviews.
  • Monitor monthly sales performance reports and track inventory levels per SKU to maintain DSI targets.
  • Collaborate with data analysis teams to maintain accuracy and relevance in all reports.
  • Maintain clear communication with suppliers and internal teams to ensure alignment and proactive issue resolution.
